Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is expanding its team of Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

You’ll teach locally, typically within a 30-minute radius, with earnings potential around £38 per hour and opportunities to reach about £39k–£50k+ per year depending on hours worked. We offer flexible hours—weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time—and dual-control car options via

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence for 3+ years
• No more than 5 penalty points
• No driving bans in the last 5 years
• No experience required - full training and ongoing support provided

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive in a local area within a typical 30-minute radius
• Deliver DVSA training modules through the Training Academy (Parts 1, 2 and 3) with lesson plans and coaching
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to help learners qualify with confidence
