Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors to meet record learner demand. No previous teaching experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support through our dedicated Training Academy.

As a trainee, you’ll earn around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k a year for a 32-hour week, or £50k+ at 40 hours. You’ll teach locally within a 30-minute radius, use dual-control cars, and choose flexible weekday, evening, or

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required.
• Full training provided through our Training Academy.
• DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 guidance with ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners across the UK.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Follow DVSA framework and academy materials for progression.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to learners.
