Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a new career in driving instruction.

Earn around £38 per hour with typical earnings of up to £39k per year for 32 hours per week, and £50k+ for a 40-hour week. The role offers flexible hours, nationwide coverage, and a structured training pathway.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons locally as part of the training program within a 30-minute radius (6-8 postcodes).
• Follow DVSA-approved lesson plans and training academy guidance to prepare learners for Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Deliver high-quality, structured instruction and build learner confidence while working flexible hours.
