Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. We offer full training and ongoing support, with no prior experience needed. Learn in a structured program and teach learners locally while earning a competitive hourly rate.

Average lesson rate is around £38/hour with potential to earn £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required.
• You will undergo DVSA-aligned training at our academy.
• Commitment to completing DVSA parts 1–3 and practical coaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive in accordance with DVSA standards.
• Attend and complete the Training Academy program.
• Provide patient, structured lessons and progress reports.
