Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Earn while you learn with flexible hours and a clear route to DVSA Part 2/3 qualification, working with a nationwide team of instructors. Typically, learners can expect earnings around £38–£50k depending on hours worked, with trainee progression supported by our Training Academy and partner providers.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally within a typical 30-minute radius.
• Deliver DVSA training support and lesson plans to help learners progress through Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to trainee instructors to build confidence and competence.
