Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. The role offers flexible hours, nationwide scope, and training provided to become fully DVSA-qualified.

As a trainee, you can expect an average lesson rate around £38 per hour and earnings potential roughly £39k per year for 32 hours per week, rising to £50k+ at 40 hours weekly. You'll work locally with a supportive Training Academy and DVSA guidance to help learners progress from Parts 1-3.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Receive full training through our Training Academy.
• Train learners toward DVSA Parts 1–3 with structured in-car coaching.
