Roles offer flexible hours, local teaching within a 30-minute radius, and a clear path from trainee to full instructor. Lesson rates average around £38 per hour with potential earnings of £39k per year for ~32 hours/week, rising to £50k+ for ~40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally within a 30-minute radius.
• Deliver structured training as part of DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Provide in-car coaching and lesson plans as part of the Training Academy.
