Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior driving instructor experience is required; we provide full training through our Training Academy and ongoing support to help you start earning.

As a Trainee Instructor you’ll earn around £38 per hour once trained, with potential to reach about £39k annually at 32 hours per week, or £50k+ at 40 hours. Work patterns are flexible, covering weekdays, evenings and weekends across a 30-minute local radius.

Qualifications

• 3+ years UK driving licence
• No more than 5 penalty points
• No driving bans in last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Complete trainer training through the Training Academy with DVSA Parts 1–3 guidance.
• Teach learners across nationwide locations after training.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings and weekends within a local radius.
