Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to record learner demand. We provide full training and ongoing support, with earning potential from around £38 per hour and up to £50k+ annually depending on hours worked.

No prior experience required and you can work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends. You’ll train through our academy covering DVSA Parts 1–3 and begin earning sooner as you progress through the training program.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners as part of a trainee instructor program.
• Follow DVSA training progression (Parts 1–3) with structured coaching.
• Work with flexibility to accommodate learners in the local area and meet demand.
