Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience needed—full training and ongoing support are provided. You’ll train through the DVSA pathway and begin teaching locally once ready, with flexible hours and the chance to work full- or part-time.

Typical earnings start around £38 per hour, with potential to advance as you gain experience. Nationwide coverage and training academy support are included in the role.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist trainees to complete the DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training.
• Deliver on-road instruction under supervision within a 30-minute radius as part of a nationwide scheme.
• Participate in the new Training Academy's online learning, classroom support and structured coaching to qualify.
