Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting trainee driving instructors across the UK to meet high learner demand. We provide full training and ongoing support, with no previous driving instructor experience required.

Earn around £38 per hour on average and enjoy flexible hours, working weekday, evenings, weekends, and part-time options. Training academy and DVSA pathway are included to help you qualify with confidence.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous experience required – full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Train through our Training Academy to qualify as a DVSA-theory-based instructor.
• Teach learner drivers locally within a typical 30-minute radius across multiple postcodes.
• Deliver lessons and provide ongoing coaching and support as you progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
