Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide due to high learner demand. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you qualify as an instructor.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, and earnings can reach up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week; 40 hours/week can exceed £50k. You can choose weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 and complete the required lesson plans.
• Deliver driving instruction as you progress to full instructor status.
• Provide structured coaching and support to learner drivers.
