Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors, recruiting trainee driving instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

Earn around £38 per hour on average, with potential to reach £39k–£50k per year depending on hours. Flexible working hours and a new Training Academy are offered, with DVSA Parts 1–3 support.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train learners as a trainee driving instructor across the UK.
• Receive structured in-car coaching and training through the academy.
• Guide learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 toward qualification.
