Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required - we provide full training and ongoing support. You would train learners through our Training Academy, designed for complete beginners, and guide them through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and in-car coaching.

Earn around £38 per hour on lessons, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week as you grow with the role.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 using structured lesson plans.
• Provide in-car coaching and guidance to trainee instructors.
• Support learners to qualify with confidence through the My Four Wheels Training Academy.
