Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No prior experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided. Earn typically around £38 per hour, with potential to reach higher earnings as you build hours.

Training through the agency’s academy helps you qualify with DVSA Parts 1–3 and start teaching locally. Roles offer flexible hours across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on local teaching within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Holds a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• No more than 5 penalty points
• No driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Help learners become ready for DVSA tests by following the DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training pathway
• Provide lesson plans and ongoing coaching support during the training academy
• Promote flexible hours and nationwide coverage to fit learner needs
