Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided by our Training Academy.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour with earning potential of £39k per year for 32 hours/week, or £50k+ for a 40-hour week. Work weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time and teach locally within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points; no bans in the last 5 years.
• Enrolment in DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training via the academy.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners in local areas within a 30-minute radius.
• Deliver lessons to a range of pupil abilities.
• Provide constructive feedback and track progress.
