Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy. Earn while you learn as you develop driving-instruction skills under DVSA guidance.

Typical earnings are around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k annually at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous driving-instructor experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons (local area within a 30-minute radius) under supervision.
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 progress.
• Provide a positive, safety-focused learning environment.
