Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required and we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earnings potential of up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week and over £50k with 40 hours/week. You can work weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time, within a 30-minute radius of your location, with dual-control car options via partner providers.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with training support from the New Training Academy.
• Deliver driving instruction to trainee instructors once qualified.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback under the Training Academy framework.
