Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our new Training Academy, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and offering structured in-car coaching.

Instructors can earn around £38 per hour, with potential to reach about £39k per year for a 32-hour week, and £50k+ for a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA requirements to apply: UK driving licence 3+ years, max 5 points, no bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers one-to-one in a dual-control car within local area.
• Attend the My Four Wheels Training Academy and complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 coaching.
• Deliver engaging, safe driving lessons and provide progress feedback to learners.
