Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

Earn around £38 per hour and the potential to reach about £39k yearly for a 32-hour week, with higher earnings possible at 40 hours. You’ll train through the DVSA pathway and start with entry-level training, then progress as you gain hours and confidence.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learner drivers.
• Deliver in-car coaching through our Training Academy.
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius and support learners to progress.
