Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No prior experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support, with earnings promising around £38 per hour.

You’ll train through our new Training Academy and start earning as you progress through DVSA modules. Hours are flexible; typical earnings scale with hours, with prospects of £39k annually at 32 hours per week and £50k+ at 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK
• Teach and supervise learner drivers locally within a 30-minute radius
• Provide ongoing guidance through DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 training programs
• Deliver flexible working hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time
