Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required — full training and ongoing support are provided. Earn potential of £38/hr avg lesson rate, with options for flexible working hours and local teaching within a 30-minute radius.

DVSA qualification path (Parts 1–3) is supported through our Training Academy, with new instructors mentored until qualified. Training fees may be paid back after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training with the new Training Academy.
• Deliver driving lessons under supervision as you progress to trainee instructor.
• Provide safe, patient instruction and build learner confidence.
