Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our new Training Academy, including DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with structured in-car coaching.

Earn typical lesson rates around £38 per hour and potential to reach £39k per year for a 32-hour week, with higher earnings at 40 hours. Flexible weekday/evening/weekend hours available and local teaching areas.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train beginners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured coaching and lesson plans
• Provide in-car coaching and progression feedback to trainees
• Deliver lessons and plans across the nationwide area while working around trainee schedules
