Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors to join a nationwide team. No prior experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support, including DVSA Parts 1–3 preparation.

Instructors teach locally within a 30-minute radius, using dual-control cars via partner providers and flexible hours. Earn around £38 per hour on average, with potential to reach higher annual earnings by increasing weekly hours.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA preparation included for Parts 1–3.
• Lead learners locally with guided coaching and lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons locally within a 30-minute radius.
• Follow DVSA lesson plans and coaching to prepare learners for tests.
• Support learners through the DVSA qualification process and progress tracking.
