Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK with no prior experience required and full training provided. Earn around £38 per hour with progression toward higher earnings as you gain experience.

Flexible hours and the option of part-time or full-time work are available. New Trainee License pathway after DVSA Part 2 is possible, with training fees potentially paid back after one year.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required to start training.
• Full training and ongoing support provided by My Four Wheels Training Academy.
• DVSA requirements for trainee instructors (full UK driving licence 3+ years, no more than 5 penalty points, no bans in last 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally across the UK (typically within a 30-minute radius).
• Deliver driving lessons using dual-control car options via partner providers.
• Participate in the Training Academy program and progress through DVSA Part 1, 2 and 3 with provided lesson plans and resources.
