Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy to help you qualify with DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Lesson rates are typically around £38 per hour, with earnings potential of £39k+ per year for 32 hours per week and higher for longer hours. You can start earning sooner after DVSA Part 2 and work the hours you want.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• Training covers DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with in-car coaching.
• DVSA requirements: full UK driving licence 3+ years, max 5 points, no bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learners once qualified.
• Adapt teaching to individual learner needs in local areas.
• Promote safe driving and confidence-building throughout training.
