My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required because we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, including DVSA parts 1–3 and structured in-car coaching.

Work flexible hours and start earning with an average lesson rate around £38/hour, with potential to exceed £50k depending on hours. You’ll train locally via our network and help new learners become confident drivers.

Formación

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsabilidades

• Provide training through the Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching
• Guide candidates through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and supply lesson plans, resources and ongoing support
• Support new instructors through coaching and progression toward qualification
