Job summary

Skills 4 Pharmacy is looking for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our private practice. You’ll gain hands-on experience across dental nursing, shadow qualified staff, and work toward a recognised Dental Nurse qualification in a supportive, patient‑facing environment.

No previous dental experience is required; we value a positive attitude, reliability and eagerness to learn. The role includes assisting dentists, preparing rooms, keeping records, and helping the team run smoothly while you train.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade A-C (or equivalent) required.
• No prior dental experience necessary; we value attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during treatments and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for use.
• Sterilise and maintain instruments in line with infection control standards.
• Update patient records using computer systems.
• Support appointment flow and assist with admin duties.
