Job description

We have an opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our Farsley Dental Practice in West Yorkshire.

No previous dental experience is needed for this role. If you have a genuine interest in health and well-being are passionate about delivering great service and looking for a career where you can learn grow and develop then this could be a perfect fit for you.

• 38.75 hours a week
• 23-month FTC
• Mon 8.45-5pm Tues 8.45-6pm Weds 8.15-5.30pm Thurs 8.45-5pm Friday 8.15-5pm
• Training supported by our highly experienced team -your course will be overseen by an external course provider and is fully funded by PortmanDentex
• Free street parking

Farsley Dental Practice is a well-established patient-focused dental clinic located in the heart of Farsley West Yorkshire . Known for delivering high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment the practice offers a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of its patients.

With a team of experienced dentists hygienists and support staff Farsley Dental Practice is dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals of all ages. About you

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C / 4 or above are essential to undertake the course
• Enjoy working as part of a team and are a good communicator who thrives upon delivering excellent standards of patient care
• Happy to be a key player in the team providing chair-side assistance ensuring that the correct materials and equipment are available during each clinical session
• Comfortable learning to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist hygienist or therapist in all procedures
