Job summary

Perspective Financial Group Limited invites applications for a Trainee Data Analyst in Newcastle. The role supports the Group Data Analysis Manager with daily reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

You will assist with data migration to the Intelliflo back-office system and perform data cleansing and back-office tasks as part of a collaborative team. The position emphasizes planning, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
• Ability to produce concise business correspondence, with high accuracy in grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Experience working with Intelliflo Office is advantageous.
• Experience in Financial Services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly reporting to local offices.
• Support day-to-day reporting needs for the Group Data Analysis Manager.
• Help with Data Migration to the Intelliflo back-office system.
• Perform data cleansing tasks and provide back-office support.
• Provide administrative support to the Group Data Analysis Manager.
• Handle data entry tasks as required.

We have a fantastic vacancy for an Trainee Data Analyst to join our friendly and enthusiastic team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the Group Data Analysis Manager in producing the Group's day-to-day reporting needs, while ensuring the data held is accurate and up to date.

• Office: Perspective Financial Group Ltd,
• Assisting in monthly reporting to the local offices.
• Supporting with the day-to-day reporting needs.
• Assisting with Data Migration to our Intelliflo back-office system.
• Data cleansing work.
• Back-office support.
• Administrative support to the Group Data Analysis manager.
• Data entry work as required.

Due to the nature of business, the role may also include additional responsibilities considered reasonable.

• Excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
• Ability to produce concise business correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience working with Intelliflo Office is advantageous.
• Experience working in Financial Services (desirable).

Location: Newcastle

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm with a one hour break (35 hours)

Salary: Competitive dependant on experience and qualifications. Available upon request.
