Job summary

Genting Casinos UK Ltd. is hiring trainee croupiers in the UK. No prior gaming experience is required as full training is provided in a 6-week school where you will learn to deal popular casino games such as roulette and blackjack.

After training, you will deal casino games and ensure customers have a great experience. Open day events may be confirmed by phone. The role requires enthusiasm, flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends, and strong maths skills to calculate bets.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old and eligible to work in the UK.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check for a gaming license.
• No prior gaming experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dealing casino games to customers and ensure a fun experience.

We are currently looking to recruit a trainee croupiers, no previous gaming experience is necessary, if you are passionate about delivering great customer service and are willing to learn this could be the role for you. All training will be provided in an initial 6-week training school where you will learn to deal popular casino games including roulette and blackjack. Once you are trained, you will be responsible for dealing the casino games to our customers and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Enthusiastic, bubbly personality ready to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Confident with a can-do mindset.
• An efficient team player.
• Flexible attitude to work - able to work shifts including nights and weekends to support our business.
• Good maths skills to enable correct calculation of customers bets.
• Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.

• Please note applicants must be over the age of 18, have the right to work in the UK and be able to pass a DBS check (no criminal record) in order to obtain a gaming license.
