Are you a Site Engineer with a solid Civil Engineering background and a desire to step up into Contracts Management?

Boyd Recruitment are recruiting for a Trainee Contracts Manager to join our clients growing team and support the delivery of infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the region. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on site experience and is ready to transition into project oversight and contract management, with mentoring and support from an experienced senior team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting Contracts Managers in overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction to handover
  • Supporting with programme management, resource planning, and commercial tracking
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, site teams and suppliers
  • Ensuring quality, health & safety, and environmental standards are met
  • Learning to manage budgets, contracts, and project risks with increasing responsibility
