Optima Site Solutions is seeking a Trainee Construction Manager for a full-time, permanent role based at the Harlow office with regular travel to sites across London and the South East.

You will rotate through key areas of the business to gain a comprehensive understanding of construction project management and contribute to project delivery while working toward Chartered Membership of the CIOB.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5/C or above).
• Full UK driving licence (or working towards).
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating and tender preparation.
• Assist quantity surveying and commercial management.
• Support contracts management.
• Procurement of subcontractors and materials.
• Project planning and programming.
• Site management and health & safety compliance.
• Design coordination.
• Client liaison and project reporting.
• Cost control and financial forecasting.
