RGB is seeking a time-served domestic heating engineer aiming to obtain commercial gas tickets, based in Wimbledon and covering south London and Surrey. The role offers a £44,000–£46,000 annual salary, with training towards commercial qualifications while performing domestic work.

Key duties include servicing, installing HVAC equipment, and fault diagnosis on heating systems. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, along with DBS clearance for schools and colleges.

Formación

• Gas Safe certification for domestic work (essential) and commercial once trained.
• Experience with domestic and commercial heating systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to write RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.
• Enhanced DBS check for schools/colleges.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned servicing of commercial and domestic combustion appliances (boilers, water heaters), plumbing and some HVAC equipment.
• Install and replace HVAC appliances, including pipework and plumbing on small projects.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in heating systems.
• Maintain service records using internal systems.
• Participate in out-of-hours emergency rota.
