A mental health facility is seeking a full-time High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to provide therapies for adults with mental health problems. The position requires a registered qualification, willingness to undertake further education in CBT, and a commitment to client care. The salary range is £38,682 – £46,580 annually, and applicants must hold current professional registration and be eligible to work in the UK.
Barnsley NHS Talking Therapies Team aims to improve access to psychological therapy and treatment for people with mild to moderate mental health problems in Barnsley. The role provides a range of therapies at step 2 and step 3, delivered face‑to‑face, virtual or telephone, including groups, workshops and one‑to‑one appointments. The post holder will undertake a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT and progress to a Band 7 High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist under supervision of a BABCP Accredited clinician.
