Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a motivated Trainee CNC Machinist in Harlow to join a friendly workshop team. You will receive full training and have a clear route to progress into CNC setting and milling as you grow in the role.

The position offers Monday to Friday days (7:30am–4:30pm) with on-the-job training and opportunities for overtime. Commutable to Harlow, this role suits someone hands-on looking for long-term stability and career progression.

Qualifications

• Some workshop / hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Keen to learn, develop and progress long term.
• Commutable to Harlow.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day basic workshop tasks.
• On-the-job training with progression into CNC setting / milling.
• Monday to Friday days (7:30am - 4:30pm).
• Occasional overtime available (weekday x1.25 / Saturday x1.5).
