A leading NHS mental health provider is seeking Trainee Children Wellbeing Practitioners in Croydon. The role involves delivering high-quality interventions for children and young people under supervision. The Children Wellbeing Practitioners (CWP's) are part of the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT) is a service transformation programme that aims to improve existing children and young people’s Mental Health Services (CYP MHS) working in the community.
These are training role posts and the post-holders will work as Trainee CWP's within the CWP Team embedded in Croydon CAMHS as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering, under supervision, high-quality outcome‑informed, focused, evidence‑based interventions for Children and young people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, low mood, behavioural difficulties.
