Kwik Fit in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer service expert to join our busy auto centre and train for leadership. You don't need tyre fitting experience—our training teams will bring you up to speed while you learn retail management and team leadership.

In this role you will manage workflows, instil customer focus, coach staff, and drive sales and turnover as you grow with the business.

We're looking for a customer service expert who we can train to manage a busy auto centre.

It doesn't matter if you can't change a tyre-what counts is that you know how retail management works and can get the best out of the team.

Our technical training team and Operational team will fill in the blanks so that, even if this is your first rodeo in the automotive sector, you'll be up to speed in no time.
