Job summary

Booker is hiring a trainee butcher in York, offering a route to higher pay grades as you progress. You’ll be trained to bone, break down and trim meat cuts while learning about different meat specifications.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Initially you’ll develop skills in meat preparation and shop floor operations, with opportunities for progression and benefits as you gain experience.
