Job summary

Booker Group is recruiting for a trainee butcher role at our Leicester area stores. You will begin by learning to bone, trim and prepare meat cuts, while delivering excellent customer service and working to high standards.

This is a training-focused entry role with progression through pay grades as your skills grow. Booker supports flexible working and a fully inclusive recruitment process; you’ll be part of Tesco plc family.

• Trainee you will be trained on how to de bone, break down and trim the meat cuts.
• Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications
• Work in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislation
• After training is completed have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level
