Job summary

Stagecoach Fraserburgh is recruiting for a Trainee Driver to join our Fraserburgh depot. You will earn while you learn with fully paid training to gain your PCV licence, and you’ll complete 39 hours per week during training, moving to 42 hours per week after qualification.

No prior driving experience is required; you will start with a paid training period and join a role with real purpose, helping the local community travel safely and reliably.

Qualifications

• You need to be 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Right to work in the UK (minimum 183 days in the UK for DVLA)
• A patient, safe and courteous approach to driving
• Being the face of Stagecoach with a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
• Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team

Responsibilities

• Completing industry-leading training and obtaining your PCV licence with ongoing CPC training
• Driving the Stagecoach fleet safely and confidently
• Delivering top-notch customer service to passengers of all ages and backgrounds
• Creating a welcoming environment where customers feel respected and cared for
