Job summary

Stagecoach Group Limited is seeking trainee bus drivers for the Worthing & Henfield teams. You will be paid from day one during training, with training costs covered to achieve a national Passenger Transport qualification and your PCV licence.

Typical annualised earnings are £37,665 after qualifying period, with £12.97 during training; multiple shifts available to fit around your commitments, and a strong support structure to help you grow within the Stagecoach South network.

Qualifications

• Be aged 18 or over and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Have a patient and courteous approach to driving.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely and comfortably to healthcare, employment, shopping, and leisure.
• Complete training to achieve a national Passenger Transport qualification and PCV licence.
• Adapt to different shift patterns to fit around commitments.

Trainee Bus Driver

Stagecoach are looking for trainee bus drivers to join our Worthing & Henfield teams.

• Get paid to train and zero training costs as not only will you be earning from day one, we’ll also pay for all of your training costs to achieve a recognised national qualification in Passenger Transport and your PCV licence, worth around £4,000
• Typical annualised earnings of £37,665 (after qualifying period). £12.92 per hour during your training pay award pending
• Different shift patterns available so you can fit work around your existing commitments
• You’ll be one of 160 drivers who transport our fantastic customers safely and comfortably every day to healthcare and employment, to shopping and leisure, and to friends and family.
