Stagecoach Stonegravels Depot in Chesterfield is offering a trainee Bus Driver role with no prior experience required. We pay you to train and cover the cost of your PCV licence, with progression to a fully qualified driver on a 39-hour week.

Expect rotating early, middle and late shifts and the chance to build a real career in a community-focused transport company. Join us to gain a nationally recognised qualification while earning.

Formación

• Lightweight entry programme requiring no prior driving experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid UK driving licence.
• Fully paid training to obtain PCV licence will be provided.

£14.68 Per hour after training rising to £15.72 Per hour after 1 Years service.

• Annual earnings of £30,582 following completion of training based on 39 hours per week as a qualified Bus Driver


• Shift patterns of Rotating weekly shift patterns, alternating between early, middle, and late shifts

What will you be doing?

• Completing our industry leading training, securing your PCV licence followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development

What do you need to apply?

• You need to be 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points


• Right to work in the UK (You will need to have been in the UK for a minimum of 183 days as a part of DVLA requirement)


• A patient, safe and courteous approach to driving


• Being the face of Stagecoach, a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service


• A willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team
