Job summary

Stagecoach Group is recruiting trainee bus drivers at the Aldershot Depot. You will be paid from day one while you train at our Driving Academy, with costs for your PCV licence fully covered and access to a wide benefits package.

Your role includes on‑the‑job training toward a national qualification in Passenger Transport, with opportunities to earn more through overtime, weekends or night shifts. Stagecoach provides a supportive, inclusive environment.

Your Salary

You will get paid to train starting at £13.56 per hour.

We will also pay for all of your training costs, worth around £4,000.

Your typical annualized earnings will be £36,321 once you become a qualified bus driver.
