Job description

We are looking for Trainee Audit Associates to join our Audit & Assurance Department. We have trainee opportunities for those early in their careers or for graduates.

You will commence a training contract and undertake a professional accountancy qualification with either ACCA or ICAEW. Your main role as an Audit Associate will be to assist more experienced audit staff. You will complete many routine and critical tasks to provide support to the wider team. You will learn on the job through observation and experience.

The start date for this role is Monday 23 August 2027 however we encourage early applications as places are limited, and we may close the vacancy earlier than the closing date if places are filled.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides a professional service to clients so that they feel confident in recommending the firm to others
• Effectively uses and updates systems with personal, client and industry data to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Education

• Achieved A* - C in 3 A levels (or equivalent qualification)
• Achieved A* - C or 9 - 4 in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent qualification)

If you are a graduate:

• Above GCSE/A Level requirements
• Achieved a 2:2 degree in any subject
