e.surv Chartered Surveyors invites applications for its Trainee Associate Surveyor programme in Cumbria. You will learn under experienced surveyors, gain practical experience, and work toward AssocRICS accreditation with a structured rota and mentoring.

Eligibility includes a relevant degree or at least four years in the property sector. The role focuses on inspecting residential properties, building defects knowledge, client liaison, and career development within a national surveying business.

Formación

• Eligible to progress towards AssocRICS accreditation through a relevant degree or through 4 years of property industry experience.
• Strong interest in property, surveying and the built environment; willingness to learn and develop throughout the programme.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Receive structured training and practical experience alongside experienced surveyors.
• Develop knowledge of inspecting residential properties and construction methods.
• Support mortgage valuation and residential surveying activities.
• Build relationships with customers, lenders, and colleagues; pursue professional accreditation and career progression.
