Working alongside experienced surveyors and operational leaders, you'll receive structured training, practical experience, and ongoing support as you develop your surveying expertise. You’ll:

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to identify potential and provide every candidate with the opportunity to demonstrate their strengths. The process typically includes:

3. Online Assessments - Cognitive and behavioural assessments designed to understand your problem-solving abilities and working style.
4. Building Pathology Assessment - A multiple-choice assessment covering construction terminology, building regulations, and residential property types.
5. Final Interview - A competency-based interview with a hiring manager.
