Qualifications

• Qualifying law degree (LLB/GDL) and progress toward SQE or LPC.
• Genuine interest in property law and conveyancing.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Support on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Draft contracts, transfers, and supporting documentation.
• Review title, searches, and raising enquiries.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
• Use case management systems and digital onboarding tools.
• Ensure compliance with lender requirements, regulatory obligations, and firm procedures.
