PEM Cambridge is offering a Trainee Accountant role in our Accounts team, with a degree‑equivalent apprenticeship designed to support ICAEW qualification. You will learn on live client work, gain practical experience across a diverse client base, and be part of a long‑standing firm investing in early careers.

The programme provides fully funded study, coaching, and progression through a clear pathway from trainee to senior, with a focus on technical, client service and leadership development.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A Levels, ideally including maths, business, economics, or accountancy.
• Strong GCSE results, including English and maths.
• An interest in accountancy or business advisory.

Aufgaben

• Assist with accounts preparation for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Support the preparation of basic tax computations.
• Learn how to process and analyse financial information accurately.
• Develop understanding of accounting principles, tax and financial reporting.
• Work with experienced colleagues to meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Handle day-to-day client queries and support smooth running of assignments.
• Receive regular feedback and coaching from your manager and buddy.
