Pareto is seeking a Trainee Account Manager in the UK to learn the space, support senior account managers, and independently handle smaller accounts while building client relationships. After 9–12 months you’ll begin meeting clients face-to-face and take responsibility for key business relationships.

The role offers a competitive £28k base with OTE and strong progression prospects within a growing team that values development, socials, and incentives. Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support senior account managers with up and cross selling into larger accounts.
• Independently manage and sell to lower spend accounts.
• Develop relationships and new streams of business with new clients.
